Roles
Every organization member has one of three roles:| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control - billing, members, settings, integrations, projects |
| Admin | Manage members, projects, integrations, and settings |
| Member | Create and run tasks, view projects they have access to |
Inviting members
- Go to Settings → Members
- Click Invite
- Enter one or more email addresses
- Choose a role (admin or member)
- Send the invite
Managing members
From the members page, admins and owners can:- Change roles - promote a member to admin, or demote an admin to member
- Remove members - remove someone from the organization
- Transfer ownership - hand over the owner role to another member (owners only)
Notifications
Push notifications
Enable browser push notifications to get alerted when a task finishes. Toggle this at Settings → Notifications.Email notifications
Control which emails you receive:| Notification | Where to configure | Who sees it |
